We have a large Tortoise named Speedy. He lives in our house and each day I watch him stretch and yawn and I connect to his energy. In watching him, I began to see a stretch pattern that he repeats several times a day.
I connected and adjusted the technique a little to suit human form, and in trying it out, discovered this to be a unique and very good energy for refreshing yourself, especially when you are sitting at a desk all day or stuck in an office.
It only takes about 5 minutes to feel the energy and the release of tension and positive energy returning to your body and mind. You can do it anywhere on your break or before or after work. There is no symbol for this system.
